Hot Rolled Sheet

     NSP hot rolled pickled temper rolled sheet is furnished as a mill edge coil that is pickled, temper rolled, and cropped back to gauge. Pickling is the process of removing scale from the hot rolled sheet surface by the action of water solutions and inorganic acids.

     This product is intended for applications that require a clean, uniform surface and good flatness.

     Hot rolled sheet products are used in a wide variety of end applications such as the automobile industry‘s vehicle chassis, the frames and the wheels. Cold-Rolled and Cold-Rolled Full Hard Sheet

    Cold Rolled Full Hard: Unprocessed Sheet is produced by NSP Steel for direct use by customers for applications that do not require any formability beyond very limited bending and/or roll forming. It is supplied directly off the cold-reduction mill without any annealing to soften the steel. Thus, the steel is highly work-hardened, and exhibits a high resistance to denting, etc., but at the same time, it exhibits only minimal ductility.

Cold-rolled: Our CR sheets are produced through an annealing process of our full hard sheets.
